📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 working days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that during busy periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may take a little longer.
🚚 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Singapore: 5-7 working days
- International: 7 - 14 days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
💌 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method.
❗ Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at nsbimb1studi0@gmail.com with your order number.
Please allow 3-5 after the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as shipping delays can sometimes occur.
🏠 Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Bimbi Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
